US Orders
All orders shipping to a U.S. address will be shipped via USPS. All shipments are packaged in nondescript packaging.
US Standard shipping will take approximately 6-9 business days to arrive from the order date. Shipping is free in orders over $299.00
Orders placed after 4pm ET Monday through Thursday will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed after 4pm ET Friday will begin processing on Monday. Fulfillments are not processed on weekends and federal holidays. Depending on the shipping type, you should expect to receive your tracking details 3-5 business days before you receive the item.
When you complete your purchase, you will receive an email confirming that we received it and it is processing. Processing may take up to 1 business day. Once approved, we will proceed with the shipment of your purchase and you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
If your package shows as delivered please double-check your shipping information on your order confirmation to confirm the order was shipped to the correct address.
You may also want to check with roommates or neighbors who may have accepted the package for you.
